Regional Delivery Details

United States: 3-5 business days via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. Expedited 2-day and overnight options available.

Canada: 5-7 business days via Canada Post Xpresspost or FedEx International.

Europe & UK: 7-14 business days via DHL Express or FedEx International Priority. EU countries typically receive faster delivery (7-10 days).

Asia-Pacific: 10-21 business days via DHL Express or FedEx International. Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan typically receive within 10-14 days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local courier capacity, remote locations, or force majeure events. We recommend allowing additional time during peak holiday seasons (November-December, Chinese New Year).

Orders of 3+ VEXA Wallets receive free standard shipping worldwide. This applies automatically at checkout when purchasing multiple units for personal backup, family use, or business deployment.

Expedited Shipping Options

Faster delivery options are available at checkout for an additional fee:

  • US 2-Day Express: +$24.95
  • US Overnight: +$39.95
  • International Express (3-7 days): +$49.95 - $79.95 depending on destination

Order Tracking & Updates

Transparency and visibility throughout the shipping process are important to us, especially for high-value security hardware.

How Tracking Works

  1. Order Confirmation: Immediately after purchase, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number.
  2. Processing (1-2 business days): Your VEXA Wallet is prepared and packaged in our secure facility with tamper-evident seals.
  3. Shipment Notification: Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information.
  4. Real-Time Tracking: Use the tracking number on your carrier's website to monitor delivery progress in real-time.
  5. Delivery Confirmation: You'll receive confirmation once your package is successfully delivered.

Tracking Support: If you haven't received tracking information within 2 business days of your order, or if tracking shows no movement for 5+ days, contact us at support@vexa.academprotrade.com with your order number.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers should be aware of potential customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country's customs authority.

Customer Responsibility

All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are collected upon delivery or clearance. VEXA Wallet has no control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amount.

Customs Declaration

We accurately declare all shipments as "Electronic Hardware Security Device" with the correct value. We do not mark packages as "gifts" or undervalue items, as this violates international customs regulations and may result in shipment seizure.

Regional Guidance

  • European Union: VAT (typically 19-25%) may apply depending on your country. Some countries have import duty exemptions under €150.
  • United Kingdom: VAT (20%) and potential customs duty apply to orders over £135.
  • Canada: GST/HST and potential duty apply to orders over CAD $20. Brokerage fees may apply.
  • Australia: GST (10%) applies to orders over AUD $1000.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific information about duties and taxes for electronic devices.

Your VEXA Wallet arrives in secure, professional packaging designed to protect your device during transit and ensure it hasn't been tampered with before reaching you.

What's Included in Every Package

Each VEXA Wallet purchase includes:

  • USB/Wireless Connection Cable: For connecting to desktop and mobile devices
  • Recovery Phrase Backup Cards: Physical cards for securely recording your 24-word recovery phrase
  • Quick Start Manual: Step-by-step setup guide and security best practices

Discreet Packaging

We understand privacy is important to crypto holders. All packages are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes with no external branding indicating cryptocurrency-related contents. The return address shows only "VEXA" without additional product details.

Tamper-Evident Security Seals

Every VEXA Wallet box features tamper-evident seals that show visible damage if the package has been opened. Do not use your device if seals are broken or missing. Contact us immediately at security@vexa.academprotrade.com for a replacement.

This security measure ensures your device hasn't been intercepted or compromised during shipping-a critical protection for hardware wallets storing significant crypto assets.

Delivery Signature & Security

Given the security-critical nature of hardware wallets, we implement delivery protocols to prevent theft and ensure packages reach the intended recipient.

Signature Requirements

All VEXA Wallet shipments require an adult signature (18+) upon delivery. This prevents porch theft and ensures your device is handed directly to you or an authorized adult at your address.

If you're not available when delivery is attempted:

  • Carrier will leave a delivery notice with instructions to schedule redelivery
  • Package will be held at the local carrier facility for pickup (ID required)
  • You can authorize delivery to a neighbor or alternative location through the carrier's website

Safe Delivery Options

To ensure successful delivery, we recommend:

  • Ship to work address: If someone is always present during business hours
  • Hold at carrier location: Request pickup at FedEx/DHL/USPS facility (available at checkout or via tracking portal)
  • Delivery instructions: Add specific instructions at checkout (gate codes, building access, contact number)

Business Orders: For business addresses, reception or authorized staff can sign for delivery.

Undeliverable Packages & Address Verification

Address accuracy is critical for successful delivery of your VEXA Wallet. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Address Verification

We verify all addresses through carrier validation systems. If your address cannot be verified or appears incomplete, we'll contact you at the email provided to confirm details before shipping.

Undeliverable Package Process

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed status, the following process applies:

  1. Carrier Attempts: Carrier will make 2-3 delivery attempts over 5-7 days
  2. Return to Sender: Unclaimed packages return to our facility
  3. Customer Notification: We'll email you when the package returns
  4. Reshipment Options: You can provide a corrected address for reshipment

Reshipment Fees

Packages returned due to customer error (incorrect address, refused delivery, unclaimed) are subject to a reshipment fee covering return shipping costs and new outbound shipping.

  • Domestic (US/Canada): $15 reshipment fee
  • International: $30 reshipment fee

Packages returned due to VEXA error (our shipping mistake) will be reshipped at no charge.

Unclaimed Packages: Packages unclaimed after 30 days from return are subject to a 15% restocking fee before refund, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Backorders & Stock Availability Communication

We strive to maintain adequate inventory to fulfill orders promptly. However, high demand for VEXA Wallet may occasionally result in temporary stock shortages.

Stock Status Transparency

Our website displays real-time stock status:

  • "In Stock - Ships within 1-2 business days": Order will be processed and shipped promptly
  • "Low Stock": Limited inventory available, order soon to secure your unit
  • "Backorder - Ships in [X] weeks": Currently out of stock, but you can pre-order for the next production batch

Backorder Process

When placing a backorder:

  1. Order Placement: You'll be charged at the time of order to secure your spot in the queue
  2. Estimated Ship Date: We provide an estimated ship date based on production schedules
  3. Regular Updates: You'll receive email updates if the timeline changes
  4. Priority Fulfillment: Backorders are fulfilled in order received once inventory arrives
  5. Cancellation Option: You can cancel a backorder anytime before shipment for a full refund

Batch Production Updates

Hardware security devices are manufactured in controlled batches to maintain quality standards. If your order is part of an upcoming production batch, we'll provide transparent communication about manufacturing progress and expected delivery timelines.

Expedited Shipping Notes

  • Expedited timelines apply to in-stock orders only-backorders cannot be expedited
  • Business days exclude weekends and holidays (no Saturday delivery unless specified)
  • Remote or rural addresses may not qualify for overnight/2-day service
  • International expedited times do not include customs clearance delays

Lost or Damaged Shipments

While rare, packages can occasionally be lost or damaged in transit. All VEXA Wallet shipments are fully insured.

Damaged Package Upon Delivery

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Document damage: Take photos of the package exterior before opening
  2. Inspect contents: Check if the VEXA Wallet and accessories are undamaged
  3. Check tamper seals: Verify security seals are intact
  4. Contact us within 48 hours: Email support@vexa.academprotrade.com with photos and your order number

We'll work with the carrier to file a damage claim and send a replacement at no cost if the device is compromised.

Lost Package

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you didn't receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Verify delivery address in tracking details
  3. Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark delivery prematurely)
  4. Contact us if the package doesn't appear after 24 hours

We'll initiate a carrier investigation and send a replacement once the package is confirmed lost.

Important: For lost or damaged shipments due to carrier error, replacements are provided at no charge. However, if investigation reveals customer error (incorrect address, refused delivery), reshipment fees apply as outlined above.

Order Modifications

Address changes or order cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of order placement. After 12 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be modified. Contact us immediately at support@vexa.academprotrade.com if you need to change your order.
