6. No Cloud Storage of Keys or Wallet Data
Your private keys never leave your VEXA Wallet device.
We have no technical capability to access, view, or recover your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet data. This information exists only on your physical device and your backup recovery cards.
What this means:
- VEXA cannot be hacked to steal user private keys (we don't have them)
- We cannot comply with government requests for your wallet access (we don't have access)
- We cannot recover your funds if you lose your device and backup (full user responsibility)
- Your crypto holdings remain entirely under your control
This non-custodial architecture is fundamental to VEXA's security model and represents true financial sovereignty.
7. Third-Party Service Providers
VEXA shares minimal information with trusted service providers solely for operational purposes:
7.1 Payment Processing
We use industry-standard payment processors that are PCI-DSS compliant to handle credit card and cryptocurrency payments. These processors have access to your payment information but not your private keys or wallet data.
7.2 Shipping and Logistics
We share your name, shipping address, and country with our fulfillment partners to deliver your VEXA Wallet device. We use discreet packaging with no external branding indicating cryptocurrency-related contents.
7.3 Email Service Provider
We use a secure email service to send order confirmations, shipping updates, and newsletter communications (if opted in). This provider has access to your email address and name.
7.4 Data Processing Agreements
